Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field with two years’ experience.
• Experience in higher education or human services preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including some evening and weekend hours.
• Eligibility to work with high school and post-secondary students; fingerprint checks.
• Reliable transportation to visit campuses.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach, recruitment, onboarding for military and veteran students.
• Support new admits from application through first day; assist with advising.
• Develop and support outreach materials (brochures, newsletters, social media).
• Educate students on benefits, pathways, and college programs; tailor messaging for key audiences.
• Collaborate with campus partners to address military-specific needs.
• Use Navigate, TargetX, Workday to track progress and engage with students.
