Job summary

AM General develops and builds specialized ground vehicle systems that support the US Armed Services and allies. This role focuses on coordinating shipments, supervising hourly staff, and maintaining inventory accuracy across the vehicle portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. This position involves working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 2–5 years of supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment of Military Vehicles and supervise hourly personnel.
• Responsible for the entire inventory of sold Military Vehicles and the care and storage of those vehicles.
• Prepare reports required by the USG.
• Support special projects initiated by the Vehicle Scheduling Manager.
• Analyze data in SAP and root causes for discrepancies.
• Analyze Contracts for Vehicle Builds and Shipments.
• Prepare deliveries for Vehicle Sales/DD250 processing.
• Drive continual improvement of processes to maintain optimal inventory accuracy.
