Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Training Analyst in Hanahan, SC to develop curriculum and conduct New Equipment Training (NET) for the United States Marine Corps. The role includes creating Student Guides, PPT slides, and Instructor Guides, and delivering training via lectures and labs with configured systems.

Travel up to 10% is required. A Bachelor's degree with three years of related experience is expected, and the candidate must be able to obtain a SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Formal delivery of content as an instructor via lectures and lab-style sessions.
• Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update training products and lesson plans for NET with Marine Corps assets.
• Deliver course content through formal lectures and hands-on labs using configured systems.
• Assess learning objectives and document on-site training statistics and lessons learned.
• Provide technical support, system configuration, troubleshooting, and fielding support.
• Research future system components and capabilities to inform training.
