Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of financial counseling experience.
• U.S. citizen with fluent English; bilingual in English/Spanish if required by contract.
• AFC, CFP, or ChFC certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal financial counseling and management services directly to service members and their families.
• Assists service members in establishing a spending plan for extended absences.
• Coordinates and develops informational financial materials and workshops.
• Delivers briefings and presentations and provides referral resources as needed.
• Utilizes virtual counseling or other electronic modes of communication when required by the contract.
