Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of financial counseling experience.
• U.S. citizen and fluent English; bilingual English/Spanish if required by contract.
• Certifications: AFC, CFP, or ChFC.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal financial counseling to service members and families.
• Develop spending plans for extended absences.
• Create and distribute financial education materials and workshops.
• Coordinate and deliver personal financial management classes and briefings.
• Utilize virtual counseling and DoD-approved communication tools.
• Follow DoD and installation security protocols and supervision.
• All other duties as assigned.
