Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of financial counseling experience.
• U.S. citizen and fluent English.
• May be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage in short-term, surge and on-demand military financial counseling.
• Deliver one-on-one counseling, group briefings, and referrals to service members and families.
• Develop spending plans for extended absences and create financial materials.
• Coordinate with installation POC and ensure program meets installation needs.
• Utilize virtual counseling methods and secure video teleconference for service members.
• Participate in supervision, trainings, and quality improvement activities.
