Magellan Health, Inc. seeks a Personal Financial Counselor to provide in-depth financial counseling to service members and their families at military installations. You will educate, counsel, and refer participants, while coordinating with POCs to ensure the program meets installation needs.

Responsibilities include conducting classes, virtual counseling, and presenting information across the military lifecycle, with DoD protocol adherence and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; alternative education considered with years of experience.
• 3+ years of financial counseling experience.
• U.S. citizenship and fluent English; bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
• Certification options AFC, CFP, or ChFC preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal financial counseling to military members and families.
• Develop and deliver financial education materials and classes/workshops.
• Coordinate with installation POCs to ensure program scope and needs are met.
• Conduct briefings, presentations, and referrals as needed, including virtual/online formats.
• Maintain compliance with DoD protocols and participate in supervision and training.
