Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years client-facing service experience.
• Typing, phone and ten-key experience expected.
• Access to Military base required; NMLS and notary licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly service per company standards.
• Promote consumer banking products to clients and non-clients.
• Process banking transactions and open accounts.
• Balance currency, coin, and checks in teller drawer.
• Adhere to compliance, security, and operational policies.
• Handle live chat inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.
• Provide product, service, and account support via chat.
• Maintain client information confidentially.
• Meet or exceed position goals; participate in monthly training.
