Job summary

Armed Forces Bank, N.A. is seeking Military Personal Bankers to deliver fast, personal service and build relationships with clients at the Fort Leavenworth location. You will promote banking products, process transactions, and maintain confidentiality while meeting SLAs.

The role requires high school diploma, 1+ years of client-facing experience, and ability to obtain NMLS and notary licenses. Hours are full-time with benefits including medical, vision, 401(k), disability, and paid leave.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years client-facing service experience is required.
• Experience in typing, phone and ten-key operation is required.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules based on banking center hours.
• Must be able to work overtime when necessary.
• Must be able to access Military base.
• Ability to be NMLS licensed and state notary licensed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, easy and personal service consistent with company standards in all client, non-client and associate interactions.
• Introduce, promote and recommend consumer banking products and services to clients and non-clients.
• Process banking transactions for clients, including cash transactions, cashing checks, deposits and withdrawals, and opening accounts.
• Balance currency, coin and checks in client transactions and teller drawer as required.
• Adhere to all bank compliance, security and operational policies and procedures.
• Handle incoming client inquiries via live chat in a timely, professional, and accurate manner.
• Respond to real-time chat requests, providing product, service, and account-related support.
• Serve as a first point of contact for clients through incoming chat channels.
• Deliver consistent, friendly, and solutions-oriented service through live chat interactions.
• Play an essential role in finding the right solutions for clients.
• Maintain client information in complete confidence.
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed established goals for the position.
• Protect all client and bank information confidentially and follow all company policies.
• Complete monthly training to ensure knowledge of bank regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Other specified duties as assigned.
