Job summary

Armed Forces Bank is seeking a Military Personal Banker to deliver fast, personal service and promote banking products to clients and non-clients. You will process transactions, provide solutions, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires high school diploma, 1+ years client-facing experience, and the ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and on military bases. On-base access and licensing (NMLS, notary) are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• 1+ years client facing service experience, required.
• Experience with typing, phone and ten-key operations.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules based on banking center hours.
• Overtime availability when necessary.
• Access to Military base required.
• Ability to obtain NMLS and state notary licenses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly service consistent with bank standards.
• Promote consumer banking products to clients and non-clients.
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, checks, and transfers.
• Balance currency, coin and checks; maintain accuracy in teller drawer.
• Follow compliance, security and operational policies.
• Handle client inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally.
• Provide product and service information; resolve issues; route requests.
• Maintain confidential client information.
• Meet or exceed performance goals for the role.
• Participate in monthly training on regulatory requirements and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
