Summary

Military Personal Bankers are front-line associates who deliver solutions that help our clients achieve financial freedom and peace of mind. They build professional relationships with clients and potential clients to understand their financial needs and to deliver valuable products and services to meet those needs. Successful Military Personal Bankers are enthusiastic about delivering excellent client service, understanding and promoting bank products, conducting accurate banking transactions in a fast-paced environment, and working with a team to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver fast, easy, and personal service consistent with company standards in all interactions.
2. Introduce, promote, and recommend banking products and services to clients and non-clients.
3. Process banking transactions, including cash transactions, check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, issuing cashier's checks and money orders, and assisting with account openings and obtaining other bank products.
4. Balance currency, coin, and checks in transactions and teller drawer.
5. Adhere to all compliance, security, operational policies, and procedures.
6. Find the right solutions for clients.
7. Maintain client information confidentiality.
8. Meet or exceed established goals.
9. Protect client and bank information following policies.
10. Understand and communicate the company's mission, vision, and values.
11. Complete monthly training on regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
12. Work during regular business hours or as assigned.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits

The position pays a minimum of $18.00 per hour, with potential additional incentive compensation monthly based on achievement of goals.
