Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking personnel to identify and manage all-source Military Operations requirements, coordinating with offices and centers to drive timely mission support.

The role reports to the Survey Analysis Center Chief and may involve collaboration with DoD civilians and military personnel on pilot programs, tech scouting, and strategic planning initiatives.

Reports to the Survey Analysis Center Chief. May work alone or with DoD civilians and military personnel. Desired Skills

• Ability to support the design, execution, and delivery of analytical assessments using wargames, simulations, and tabletop exercises to inform strategic resourcing decisions.
• Able to support/inform concept and capability development, Enterprise-wide gaps and shortfalls, and strategic risk across the force.
• Able to prepare and conduct defense and operational-level analysis to present/brief senior-level government leadership on findings.
• Ability to coordinate with external stakeholders and GOV staff and units to collate and implement inputs, development, and participation in Modernization activities.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $80200.00 - $149000.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
