Formación

• A graduate or higher level degree in nursing from an accredited program is required.
• Certification from the CGFNS is required for degrees from foreign nursing schools.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret and translate SM limitations from non-military providers and draft language for the SM's case management.
• Support weekend Medical Readiness Events (MRE) and coordinate scheduling with staff and leadership.
• Provide guidance, education, and coordination of comprehensive health care services to support medical readiness.
• Present cases and summaries to senior leaders and conduct quarterly reviews with health care teams and command.
• Educate and coordinate health prevention and education programs related to fitness for duty and deployability.
• Maintain documentation and data systems for tracking patient outcomes and readiness.
