To be eligible to enlist in the U.S. Navy, candidates must be between the ages of 18-34.
These careers involve expertise in all facets of Information Operations, ensuring our fleet capitalizes on the information vulnerabilities of adversaries. Candidates should preferably have degrees in fields such as international relations, political science, government, engineering, physical science, natural science, computer science, or related academic fields.

The Navy offers financial assistance and continuing education programs, including opportunities at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) and Navy War College (NWC).
Must be eligible for a Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance. Qualifications may vary based on current or previous service status.
Officers may serve worldwide aboard ships, bases, and in Joint Intelligence Centers such as the NSA or Pentagon.
Part-time roles may be available, especially in the Navy Reserve, with duties during scheduled drilling and training periods, often near home locations.
