Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee the full complement of activities within the State Air National Guard Headquarters administrative and personnel programs.
• Oversee State ANG Headquarter programs to facilitate the commander's vision.
• Oversee workflow and tasking to ensure personnel and administrative processes are completed as required.
• Review organization mission, functions, and manning requirements.
