Sprezzatura in Arlington, VA seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to support the Growth Team and deliver Federal IT solutions for VA and federal health initiatives. You will design secure, scalable systems aligned with federal regulations to improve mission effectiveness.

You will lead architecture for complex projects, including system integrations and cloud migrations, while coordinating with VA program managers, IT staff, and vendors.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; advanced certs preferred.
• 7+ years as IT Solutions Architect with DoD/VA experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal IT regulations (FISMA, NIST).
• Proven leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design scalable, secure IT solutions for VA and federal needs.
• Lead architecture for complex federal projects including cloud migrations.
• Collaborate with VA managers, IT staff, and vendors to gather requirements.
• Develop CONOPS, diagrams, and implementation plans.
• Lead responses for RFIs/RFPs with Capture Teams.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation, timelines, budgets, and quality.
