• Requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited registered nursing program.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Unrestricted license to practice in the United States.
• Resilience to handle high-stress situations, strong communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview service members to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify concerns needing immediate attention, including behavioral health.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the medical record using the proprietary system.
