Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking Physician Assistants to partner as independent contractors to support military service members under the Reserve Health Readiness Program. The role emphasizes weekend coverage with occasional weekdays, across locations including remote military installations.

You will review health histories, interview service members, and document readiness classifications in a proprietary system, while coordinating with supervising physicians as needed.

Qualifications

• Active PA license in Mississippi.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care, or occupational health preferred.
• CPR/BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview service members to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member’s medical record.
