Raven Advisory LLC is seeking a Program Lead to oversee the implementation of the PFC curriculum, manage the instructors and equipment, and ensure the overall success of the program. The position is contingent upon award.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of SOF medical experience (MOS 18D/SARC/SOIDC/PJ/USAF Pararescue) and a proven track record in SOF leadership, along with NAEMT TCCC Tier 3 credentials and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading curriculum development and fielded medical training exercises.
• Ability to align training with Joint Trauma System guidelines.
• Proven track record developing and supervising realistic medical drills.
• Experience managing training equipment, simulators, and medical supplies.
• Ability to report metrics and deliver after action reviews (AARs).

• Oversee the PFC course requirements in accordance with the PWS.
