Quantech Services, Inc. is seeking a Resource Management Associate in Colorado Springs, CO. This full-time, hybrid role supports military evaluations (EPRs/OPRs), awards and decorations, and promotions management for Air Force and Space Force personnel.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, with strong Microsoft Office proficiency and program-management skills. The role is based in Colorado Springs with on-site expectations three days per week and a plan

Formación

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of relevant military evaluations, awards, or promotions program management experience.
Experience with Air Force/Space Force personnel systems or data sources is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and program-management tools is required.

Responsabilidades

Manage and administer Air Force and Space Force officer and enlisted evaluation programs (EPRs/OPRs) in accordance with DoW and AF/Space Force guidance.
Monitor evaluation requirements, deadlines, and reporting periods to ensure timely completion.
Maintain accurate rosters, trackers, databases, dashboards, and calendars for evaluations and promotions.
Coordinate with members, raters, supervisors, and leadership to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely completion of evaluation and promotion actions.
Provide administrative guidance and review evaluations for accuracy, formatting, and required statements.
