Qualifications

• Culinary arts or vocational training preferred.
• Prior commercial kitchen experience cooking for large groups desired.
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion food items per guidelines and log temperature checks.
• Maintain HACCP procedures and document logs as required.
• Set up, restock and maintain serving counters and dining areas.
• Prepare beverages and clean dining areas.
• Operate basic food prep equipment and ensure proper portion control.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and dishes.
• Ensure proper waste disposal and maintain sanitation in waste areas.
