Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or operations from an accredited university.
• At least 5 years of experience in customer or program management.
• Work Location: on-site at GE Aerospace facilities in Cincinnati, OH; Arkansas City, KS; or Oklahoma City, OK.
• Travel: domestic up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Own contract performance for assigned F110 services programs and achieve revenue, profit, and cash targets.
• Develop and manage budgets and operating plans for programs.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and drive timely recovery actions.
• Serve as primary liaison with the customer on program performance and issues.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop executable solutions and remove barriers to performance.
