Job summary

Goldbelt Apex, LLC, part of the Healthcare Technology Transformation Group, seeks a Cognitive Performance Specialist to support the U.S. Army Reserve's Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) team.

You will develop and deliver evidence-based cognitive performance and mental readiness programs to enhance Soldier resilience and decision-making. As part of an interdisciplinary Human Performance Team, you will collaborate with specialists, trainers, and leadership to implement programs across training

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Strong organizational, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cognitive performance and mental readiness programs for Army H2F doctrine.
• Design and deliver mental skills training to enhance attention, resilience, and performance under pressure.
• Create educational materials, leader guides, and cognitive tools for Army Reserve environments.
• Conduct classroom, workshops, and field coaching to improve Soldier readiness.
• Integrate cognitive strategies into training events, leadership development, and field exercises.
