Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a behavioral health field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and common office applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.
• Comfort speaking, presenting, and training in front of groups.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and program support for behavioral health initiatives and related programs.
• Assist with coordinating, organizing, and supporting behavioral health activities, training, and educational opportunities.
• Prepare course instruction materials, technical documents, user guides, presentations, and other program resources.
• Provide recommendations and administrative support related to policies, procedures, regulations, directives, and applicable National Guard programs.
• Communicate effectively with leadership, service members, families, individuals, and groups.
• Assist with presenting and providing training to individuals and large groups.
• Help communicate program information and recommendations in a clear and professional manner.
• Support initiatives designed to promote awareness, prevention, readiness, and overall well-being within the military community.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when working with sensitive behavioral health-related information.
