Job summary

Amphenol Borisch Technologies in Grand Rapids, MI offers a year-long North American Military Group Sales Rotational and Training Program to build full cycle sales capabilities across programs, engineering, and sales roles. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, operations, or engineering.
• 3+ years outside sales experience.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth of ABT products in Military & Aerospace markets.
• Own key accounts and develop strategic sales plans.
• Develop and manage programs and opportunities in assigned territory.
• Coordinate with Sales, Program Managers, and Applications Engineers.
• Prepare customer bids and proposals with Engineering and Finance teams.
• Collaborate with engineering on custom product solutions.
• Manage lead times, expediting, and availability expectations.
• Provide regular forecasting and pipeline updates.
• Cross-train across ABT business units.
• Other duties as assigned.
