Responsibilities

• Supervise patients by Mental Health Technicians or CNAs on designated units.
• Provide crisis intervention and ensure safe patient environment.
• Support involvement in individual/family education groups.
• Deliver direct patient care under RN supervision and ensure treatment plans are followed.
