You will assist in planning, oversee MHT patient care roles, and mentor new staff across all ages served. The Milieu Specialist partners with the Director of Clinical Services to develop group programming for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, trains staff, and maintains Fidelity Program compliance, with hours 10:30 AM - 11 PM and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate degree is preferred.
• Two years of related security experience and knowledge of psychiatric patient care ideal.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license; CPR and de-escalation training required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Milieu Specialist ensures patient safety through staff education and culture development.
• Trains and mentors Mental Health Technicians and supports program Fidelity.
