Job summary

Ridgeview Institute Smyrna seeks an experienced leader to oversee daily operation of evidence-based programming in an acute psychiatric milieu. You will supervise clinical dynamics, support program development, and align services with patient goals for recovery and community reintegration.

The role includes hiring, training, and evaluating Mental Health Technicians, promoting facility values, and ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and licensure standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from an accredited school with licensure or licensure eligibility as a Clinical Psychologist, Psychologist, LCSW, LCPC, Psy.D., Ed.D., RN, or equivalent.
• Minimum seven to ten years of work experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting with leadership responsibility.
• Five years of full-time inpatient experience; one year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of evidence-based practice programming within an acute therapeutic milieu.
• Provide clinical supervision of program dynamics and support organizational objectives.
• Supervise and assist in hiring, training, and evaluating Mental Health Technicians.
• Promote Ridgeview Institute values in treatment practices and ensure regulatory compliance.
