Job summary

Ridgeview Institute Smyrna seeks a Director of Clinical Services to provide executive-level leadership for clinical and social services, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and alignment with performance goals.

You will partner with Medical Director and senior leadership to design and improve clinical programming, lead budget planning, mentor clinical leaders, and drive outcomes across inpatient and outpatient services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related mental health field.
• Active State of Georgia licensure in mental health; LCSW, LMFT, LPC-CPCS.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in psychiatric/mental health; three (3) years in advanced clinical/management practice preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Joint Commission and CMS standards, OSHA regulations, patient rights standards, and applicable laws/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all clinical services.
• Lead clinical programs, supervise program therapists and care teams.
• Ensure integrity of clinical programs and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee departmental budget planning, justification and fiscal oversight.
• Collaborate with Medical Director to design and implement evidence-based social services.
• Establish clinical standards of practice and guide interdisciplinary teams.
