The Bradley Center in Pittsburgh is a residential treatment facility serving children and families. We are hiring full-time staff and PRN positions across shifts to support trauma-informed care and daily living needs.

No prior mental health experience required; passion for helping children is key as we build lives of possibility. We offer strong benefits, a starting wage of $20/hr, a $1500 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, weekend/overnight shift differentials, and four weeks of paid time

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field preferred or minimum of 48 college credits in related field.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance required.

Where you will make a difference:

Since 1905, The Bradley Center has continually served children and families in need. Today, the residential treatment facility provides 24 hour care and trauma-informed treatment to children who have a history of trauma and who may present with a wide range of challenges.

Full time and PRN positions available for all shifts.

Qualities Best Suited for the Position:

• Initiative
• Ability to build rapport with children that leads to pro-social development
• Patience and creativity while working with residents at their own pace
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor, sound judgment, dependability, and a strong work ethic
• Problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or other related field preferred
• OR a minimum of 48 college credits in social work, psychology or other related field required
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance
