The Bradley Center in Pittsburgh seeks a Senior Mental Health Therapist to join our residential treatment team working with children and adolescents. You will provide high‑quality mental health therapy, supervise three unit therapists, and contribute to unit leadership.

You will develop treatment plans with clients and their families and participate in both team and individual supervision. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care and collaboration with multidisciplinary staff.

Competenze

• Masters degree in social work, psychology, counseling, art or music therapy or other related field.
• Minimum of two years of masters-level therapy experience.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.

Since 1905, The Bradley Center has continually served children and families in need. Today, the residential treatment facility provides 24 hour care and trauma-informed treatment to children who have a history of trauma and who may present with a wide range of challenges.

Therapists at Bradley receive training in evidence-based interventions, carry a small caseload, develop treatment plans with the clients and families, and participate in both team and individual supervision.

We are seeking a Senior Mental Health Therapist (SMHT) who will provide quality mental health therapy as part of a residential treatment team for children and adolescents. This position also has the responsibility to supervise three unit therapists and is an integral part of the unit senior leadership team.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor, sound judgment, dependability, and a strong work ethic

• Masters degree in social work, psychology, counseling, art or music therapy or other related field required
• A minimum of two years experience providing masters level therapy required
• One year of supervisory experience preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have valid drivers license and auto insurance
