Job summary

Mount Prospect Academy (MPA) in Pike, New Hampshire is seeking a Milieu Mental Health Clinician to provide meaningful clinical support to adolescents in a residential milieu while enjoying a high quality of life in the White Mountains.

This role offers hands-on clinical experience, a collaborative multidisciplinary team, opportunities for growth and advancement, and the chance to build lasting relationships with youth and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in SW, Counseling, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum of two years working with adolescents and/or families.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy within a residential milieu setting.
• Develop and implement treatment, behavioral, and safety plans.
• Conduct assessments and present clinical findings to teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal staff, families, and external providers.
