Watermark Baton Rouge is seeking a part-time Barista/Outlet Cashier to join Milford’s on Third, our New York City style deli with Southern-charmed offerings that remind you of home. You will receive orders, process payments, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced dining environment.

Education is a High School diploma or equivalent; we value a friendly, attentive, and courteous service mindset and a good understanding of menu items and specials.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required or experience in a hotel or related field.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests and employees.

Watermark Baton Rouge, located beautiful downtown, is looking a part-time Barista/Outlet Cashier, who would report to the Outlet Manager/Supervisor. The Barista/Outlet Cashier is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment. Service is provided in our Milford’s on Third dining facility, our New York City style deli with Southern-charmed offerings that remind you of home.

Education & Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field prepared.

Some of the essential functions of the position include:

• Approaching all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Being attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees.
