Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and early warnings for budget variances.
• Track commitments, expenditures, accruals, forecasts, and burn rates for sponsored projects.
• Coordinate financial reporting and invoice reviews across prime, co-lead, sub‑performers, and consortium participants.
• Guide faculty through financial aspects of sponsor progress reports and approvals.
• Maintain auditable records supporting cost transfers, procurements, and equipment purchases.
• Apply formal financial change control and support award modifications with cost analyses.
