Job summary

TTC, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a prospective DoD contract at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. The role leads MILCON construction programs, coordinating with the mission customer and external agencies, and ensuring alignment with base facility goals.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction PM, PMP certification, and Primavera expertise; onsite work and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in managing construction projects, preferably ICD 705 construction.
• Project Management Professional certification (PMP).
• Expertise in project management software (Primavera).

Responsibilities

• Define MILCON requirements; interface with the mission customer and external agencies; manage the design and construction project.
• Coordinate with project managers and end users to develop MILCON project requirements for base facilities and infrastructure.
• Provide key MILCON communications for NSIC leadership and visitors; manage change communications.
• Provide facility management occupancy planning and process improvements; support change management.
• Coordinate vendor and government representation to minimize mission interruptions; deliver weekly reports and risk logs.
