Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC seeks a Program Manager II – MILCON to support the NSIC MILCON program at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The PM will serve on the PDT and provide executive-level management across design, construction, and Base Civil Engineering teams.

Required are 10+ years in construction PM, PMP certification, and expertise with Primavera P6; candidate must be a U.S. citizen and capable of coordinating with government stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen with TS/SCI/SAP eligibility.
• Ten years of construction project management experience.
• PMP certification required and Primavera P6 expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide MILCON project management and executive-level support.
• Coordinate across NSIC leadership, customers, and EPC/vendor teams.
• Develop MILCON requirements and manage risk logs.
• Prepare weekly activity reports and meeting minutes.
• Communicate construction impacts to mission personnel.
