Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems is seeking a seasoned planning and cost-estimating professional to support MILCON and FSRM initiatives in the Washington, DC area. You will develop project documentation, conduct facility assessments, and prepare parametric cost estimates to support mission-critical infrastructure.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture, at least 7 years of experience, and an active Secret Clearance with familiarity of DoD forms and PACES software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or related field required.
• 7+ years of professional experience in facility planning or cost estimating.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Experience with DD Form 1391 and PACES is required.

Responsibilities
