Adecco USA is seeking an experienced MIL-SPEC or NAVSEA Welder to join a manufacturing team supporting regulated, mission-critical applications. This full-time role offers competitive pay, a sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling, and benefits from Day 1.

You will weld to MIL-SPEC/NAVSEA standards, read drawings and welding symbols, perform inspections, maintain documentation, and collaborate with engineers to improve quality and throughput.

Qualifications

• Current MIL-SPEC Welding Certification or NAVSEA Qualification.
• Experience welding to military or naval specifications.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, welding symbols, and specifications.
• Strong understanding of welding safety practices and industry standards.
• Experience maintaining welding documentation and compliance records.

Responsabilités

• Perform welding per MIL-SPEC and NAVSEA standards.
• Execute precision welds on critical components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols, and WPS.
• Conduct visual inspections and verify weld quality.
• Maintain welding documentation and traceability requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Follow all safety procedures and promote a safety-first culture.
• Support quality initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
