Albany Medical College is seeking a full-time, fellowship trained Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon to join the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The role focuses on complex benign gynecologic disease, advanced MIS, and multidisciplinary care in an academic setting.

The candidate will contribute to clinical excellence, education, and scholarly activity while participating in Albany Medical Center's Complex Benign Gynecology Program.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school and NY medical license.
• Completion of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) fellowship.
• Board certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Responsibilities

• Specialized evaluation and longitudinal management of complex benign gynecologic conditions.
• Perform advanced minimally invasive gynecologic surgery including laparoscopic and robotic procedures.
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary care pathways across imaging, urology, colorectal surgery, and gynecologic oncology.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient care within the complex benign gynecology practice.
• Teach and mentor medical students and residents in MIS and benign gynecology.
• Engage in quality improvement, outcomes measurement, research, and scholarly activity.
• Contribute to Albany Medical Center's Complex Benign Gynecology Program development.
