Job summary

Summa Health is seeking a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon (MIGS) to join our employed physician group in Akron, Ohio. The practice covers pelvic health, including pelvic pain, fibroids, endometriosis, and vulvar disease, with no obstetrics.

The candidate will join Summa Health Medical Group, a large multi-specialty network. Highlights include 3 days in the office and the aim to build to 2 days in the OR, with 0.80–1.0 FTE flexibility.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Completion of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery Fellowship.
• Unrestricted Ohio licensure or willingness to obtain.
• Active involvement in medical student, resident, and fellow education.
• Commitment to evidence-based, standardized care in a patient-centered, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide MIGS and pelvic medicine services.
• Care for pelvic health including fibroids, endometriosis, vulvar disease.
• Collaborate within a large multi-specialty group and academic environment.
