Job summary

Summa Health seeks a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon (MIGS) to join our employed physician group in Akron, Ohio. The candidate should have a strong interest in pelvic medicine and experience in pelvic pain, fibroids, endometriosis, vulvar disease, colposcopy, and related minimally invasive procedures.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Fellowship in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
• Unrestricted Ohio medical licensure or willingness to obtain.
• Active involvement in medical student, resident, and fellow education.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered, team-based care.

Responsibilities

• Join Summa Health Medical Group as a MIGS specialist.
• Provide minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and pelvic health services.
• Participate in academic activities with Northeast Ohio Medical University when applicable.
• Support 24/7 anesthesia, radiology and subspecialty coverage.
