Job summary

Summa Health in Akron, Ohio is seeking a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon to join our employed physician group with an interest in pelvic medicine. The role involves MIGS procedures and broader pelvic health care, with participation in education and an academic appointment with Northeast Ohio Medical University.

Qualifications

• Completion of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery Fellowship.
• Board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist with subspecialty MIGS training.
• Unrestricted Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Active involvement in medical student, resident, and fellow education.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered, team-based care.

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise MIGS procedures and related pelvic health care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the Summa Health System.
• Educate trainees and participate in academic activities as appropriate.
• Contribute to standardized, evidence-based care in a patient-centered environment.
