Job summary

Summa Health in Akron, Ohio is seeking a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon to join our employed physician group. The candidate should have MIGS fellowship and an interest in pelvic medicine, with duties spanning fibroids, endometriosis, and pelvic pain, with no obstetrics.

The role offers 0.8–1.0 FTE, 3 in-office days and two OR days, and a robust multi-specialty support network including anesthesia, radiology, and subspecialty coverage.

Qualifications

• Board certification in obstetrics/gynecology required.
• Completion of MIGS fellowship.
• Unrestricted Ohio licensure or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide minimally invasive gynecologic surgical care and pelvic health services.
• Engage in education of medical students, residents and fellows.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary, team-based environment with anesthesia and radiology support.
