• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives to meet or exceed goals.
• Create pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to improve sales performance and handle objections.
• Proactively address customer needs to build trusted relationships and win-wins for AbbVie and customers.
• Develop and execute call plans to achieve metrics and maximize access and opportunities.
• Share market intelligence with in-field and brand teams to align strategy and execution.
• Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition with providers and identify disease state experts.
