Wastequip in Eagleville, TN is hiring a Welder for our on-site manufacturing operation. This full-time role supports first shift production with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

The ideal candidate has MIG welding experience and can read blueprints, perform measurements, and work in a fast-paced setting. Walk-ins welcome during the open house, with interviews by appointment after the event.

Qualifications

• MIG welding experience required.
• Able to read basic blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment preferred.
• Willingness to pass tests and safety clearances.

Responsibilities

• Position parts in jigs or fixtures and clamp as needed.
• MIG weld components along various orientations.
• Connect regulators and set gas flow for cutting and welding.
• Inspect weld beads for size and conformity; grind as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain safe work practices.
