Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.
• Experience with MIG and arc welding processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan job sequence from router/blueprints to optimize weld time.
• Set up equipment, fixtures, and materials for welding.
• Load/unload parts, position and clamp in fixtures; operate MIG and arc welders.
• Finish welds and perform minor repairs with grinders and torches.
• Conduct first piece and in-process welding inspections using calipers and gauges.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding machines.
