Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a skilled MIG Welder for our Stafford, TX client. The role requires experience in fabrication and welding to exacting standards.

You will read blueprints, weld per specifications, and maintain quality and safety. This temp-to-hire position is on-site, Mon-Fri, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, with a competitive pay up to $23/hr DOE and opportunities to advance based on performance.

Formación

• Experience in welding, fabrication, or mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Proficient in using measuring tools, including tape measures and other basic inspection equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality workmanship.

Responsabilidades

• Fabricate, fit, assemble, and weld metal components per drawings.
• Review blueprints to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Prepare mock-ups and initial assemblies for inspection.

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB

• Job Title: MIG Welder
• Location: Stafford, TX
• Pay: UP to $23/hr. DOE
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Description of Duties:

• Perform fabrication, fitting, assembly, and welding of metal components according to engineering drawings and production specifications.
• Review blueprints and work instructions to ensure products are built accurately and meet dimensional requirements.
• Conduct mock-ups and initial assemblies for inspection and approval prior to full production runs.
• Inspect materials and completed work for defects, damage, or non-conforming conditions.
• Operate welding equipment safely while producing consistent, high-quality welds.
• Move and organize materials throughout the production process while maintaining an orderly work area.
• Assist with projects and support other departments as needed to meet production goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts and maintain a strong commitment to quality, safety, and productivity.

Requirements:
