Arrow Acquisitions in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Welder II to join our production team. If you have solid MIG welding experience and can weld from prints, you will build Grapples, Spotters, and Sidney Products alongside a skilled crew.

You must have 4–7 years of welding experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and welding certification. Read prints, follow procedures, and keep a clean, safe workstation while contributing to quality records and on-line testing.

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years welding experience.
  • Welding Certification is required.
  • Ability to read prints and weld to print.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and posted procedures.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • MIG weld (GMAW) sub-assemblies and finished products in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions.
  • Build Grapples, Spotters, Tack, and Sidney Products.
  • Read prints and weld to print with accuracy.
  • Perform on-line testing, inspection, and welding quality checks.
  • Polish and prepare metal units for the next stage of production.
  • Follow all safety and hazardous material procedures, using PPE as required.
  • Keep your workstation clean, organized, and running efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records.
  • May provide training to others on welding, assembly, inspection, or test procedures.
