This hands-on role requires 0–5 years of welding experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a Welding Certification. Safety, efficiency, and teamwork are essential as you contribute to quality craftsmanship on the production floor.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0–5 years of welding experience.
  • Welding Certification required.
  • Ability to read prints.
  • Comfortable following written and verbal instructions and posted procedures.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, solve problems, and work independently.

Responsibilities

  • MIG weld (GMAW) sub-assemblies and finished products in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions.
  • Build Forks and Buckets for skid steers.
  • Perform on-line testing, inspection, and welding quality checks.
  • Read and work from prints.
  • Polish and prepare metal units for the next stage of production.
  • Follow all safety and hazardous material procedures, using PPE as required.
  • Keep your workstation clean, organized, and running efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records.
