Job summary

Arrow Acquisitions is seeking a Welder II to join our Lenexa, KS production team. You will perform MIG welding on sub-assemblies and finished goods, read prints, and weld to print specifications to ensure quality and consistency.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of welding experience and a welding certification, with the ability to work from prints and train others as needed. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with room for growth toward Welder III.

Responsibilities

• MIG weld sub-assemblies and finished products in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions.
• Build Grapples, Spotters, Tack, and Sidney Products.
• Read prints and weld to print with accuracy.
• Perform on-line testing, inspection, and welding quality checks.
• Polish and prepare metal units for the next stage of production.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE.
• Keep workstation clean and organized; maintain records.
• May provide training to others on welding procedures.

Arrow Acquisitions is hiring a Welder II to join our production team in Lenexa, KS. If you've got solid MIG welding experience and can weld straight from a print, we want you building Grapples, Spotters, and Sidney Products alongside a skilled production team.

The Details

What You'll Do

• MIG weld (GMAW) sub-assemblies and finished products in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions
• Build Grapples, Spotters, Tack, and Sidney Products
• Read prints and weld to print with accuracy
• Perform on-line testing, inspection, and welding quality checks
• Polish and prepare metal units for the next stage of production
• Follow all safety and hazardous material procedures, using PPE as required
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• May provide training to others on welding, assembly, inspection, or test procedures

What You Bring
